About the event
All Nuffield Canada members are invited to attend our Annual General Meeting & Elections.
The AGM is an opportunity to look back on the past year, hear from the Chair and committees about the work underway, review the organization’s financial position, and elect members to the Board of Directors. It’s also a chance to connect with fellow scholars, alumni, and supporters, and to take part in the governance of the organization.

Voting:
Voting is open to Nuffield Canada members in good standing and up to date memberships. Voting by Zoom will be available, with Zoom details to be shared by January 25.
Meeting materials:
The agenda, previous AGM minutes, financial statements, and the slate of board candidates will be shared with registered participants by January 25. Printed copies of the materials will also be available at the meeting.
Other business:
Members who wish to raise an item under Other Business are asked to submit it to chair@nuffield.ca by January 15, 2027.
